we got a room with bathtubs. there where coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge in the room too. it was right by the rhodope mountains and the restaurant, absolutely perfect and beautiful location overall.

During my recent transit stay in Smolyan, I chose to book a room at Oak Residence Hotel & Relax, and I must say it was the perfect choice for my needs. the hotel's convenient location near the Rudozem- Xanthi border checkpoint made it extremely easy for me to access the transportation I needed. Whether it was by car, bus, or train, all types of transport were readily available, allowing me to seamlessly continue my journey. the hotel's database provided a comprehensive list of nearby amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made it effortless for me to find everything I needed during my short stay.

While my experience at Oak Residence Hotel & Relax was generally positive, I did notice a minor inconvenience during my stay. I found that some of the windows in the rooms were not properly sealed, resulting in a slight draft when it was windy outside.

All good — we really enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was stunning, next to parks and forests. The venue was a unique base for enjoying an amazing area: )

The view from the apartment was amazing, you could see the mountains. the staff here were really nice and helpful. the hotel is located in a stunning natural setting 🌄.

I had a relaxing stay and definitely want to stay in that area again. I really enjoyed the hotel; it was adorable, clean, and met requirements. - the property room was fairly quiet and absolutely perfect. - Every staff member was excellent and patient. - the location was perfect and incredible, very close to the forest, mountains, and lakes.

The atmosphere of comfort and coziness created by the combination of soft pastel colors, oak furniture, and decorative stone columns transported me to a world of relaxation and tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting, with the big fireplace in the center of the restaurant adding a touch of warmth and charm.

Great location nestled by the forest 🌲, very near to the beautiful Smolyan Lakes park. Convenient for exploring Pamporovo and grabbing a bite at the nearby restaurant.

Super quiet, friendly staff, excellent and freshly made food in the restaurant, helpful tips for trips, available parking.

The location was incredible, surrounded by stunning nature. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had large balconies. The breakfast and restaurant food were delicious. The spa area was clean and enjoyable. The hotel had great heating options. The views from the room were beautiful. The hotel had great facilities for children.

Nothing negative to say.

Loved the cozy atmosphere with its soft pastel colors, oak furniture, and a big fireplace. The massage by Lydia was heavenly. Had fun playing ping pong and soccer. The Mediterranean cuisine was delicious, especially the irresistible desserts. The Rhodope Mountains were breathtaking.

Who needs a lift when there's a broken one 500 meters away? 20 km drive to Pamporovo?

my recent stay in smolyan exceeded all expectations. oak residence hotel & relax was the perfect choice for our honeymoon. the beautiful nature, adorable hotel, and homemade breakfast made it a truly memorable experience. we will definitely be returning ❤️

The hotel had a great location, with a beautiful surrounding nature and amazing walking trails. We really enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with large balconies, perfect for morning coffee. the breakfast tasted amazing and we loved the local and fresh products.

One thing we disliked was the lack of air circulation in the bathroom, which made it quite unpleasant in the morning. Another downside was the absence of proper ventilation in the rooms, meaning that fresh air only came through the balcony doors.

Located in a beautiful and tranquil area, perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing all the necessary amenities. We especially liked the warm heating options inside the apartment during the cold weather. the hotel's proximity to lakes and great outdoor activities, such as snow walks, provided an excellent experience.

We must say that we experienced some downsides in our stay. The breakfast selection was limited, with poor quality coffee and not enough variety.
